Biography

Devin Smith joined BridgeBuilder Tax + Legal Services, P.A. in 2009. Prior to joining BridgeBuilder Tax + Legal Services, P.A., Devin worked at Marks, Nelson, Vohland, Campbell, Radetic, LLC.

Devin provides tax compliance and consulting services both business and individual clients. His experience includes all facets of tax planning, compliance and consulting, including the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns, representation of clients with matters with the Internal Revenue Service and State Departments of Revenue, as well as advising individual and corporate clients of the tax consequences of their business transactions. Devin has also testified as an expert witness in district courts regarding business valuations and related issues. Devin’s comprehensive experience has enabled him to develop expertise in many industries including, but not limited to; manufacturing, retail, construction, real estate, telecommunications, cooperatives, and planning for high net-worth individuals.
